Description
We’ll be following the start of national trail the Vanguard Way, and crossing the London Loop. We will move from the urban landscape straight into the green landscapes, woods and chalk habitats so close to Croydon. We’ll stop for a packed lunch in Frylands woods and continue our way back to New Addington tram stop.
Please bring lunch and at least 1ltr of water with you.
Please wear sturdy footwear (no open toe shoes) and dress appropriately for the weather.
Time: Meet at 10.15 for 10.30am departure. Ending at approx. 3.00pm (times are approximate, we strongly suggest not making arrangements close to the end time)
Distance: This is a 8.5 mile/13.5km (approx.) hike
