Woodland living skills

Woodland Living Skills

Woodland living skills, or bush craft, is the practice of traditional wilderness skills and knowledge which allows us to live in harmony with nature, being able to thrive (not just survive) in the wild by being resourceful with natural materials.

Traditional skills and knowledge can be used to gain a deeper understanding of nature, evoking primal feelings of belonging and respect for the natural world.

We provide experiences in the techniques and worldviews of our ancestors including; natural navigation, tracking, wildlife identification, carving, basketry, foraging, fire by friction, shelter, wild cooking and camp hygiene.

You’ll gain a stronger sense of confidence, as you develop skills for looking after yourself outside of the trappings of our more materialist society. Click here to book.
