Description
On this special walk to celebrate Black History Month, we’ll be visiting a Black-owned estate and enjoying a guided tour of the re-wilded grounds of Wild Oakingham in South Oxfordshire.
Please wear sturdy footwear (no open toe shoes), dress appropriately for the weather.
Time: Meet at 08.30 outside WH Smith on the main concourse of Paddington Station to allow time for tickets to be purchased prior to boarding the 09.08am train. (WitC will cover the cost of train tickets).
Return to Paddington by approx. 2.00pm (times are approximate, we strongly suggest not making arrangements close to the end time)
Distance: 1.5hr walking time.
Light refreshments, eg sandwiches, tea etc will be provided at the end of the walk.
