Bat Walk, 14th June 2018
Come and join us on a bat walk at South Norwood Lake, one of the best places in London to see and hear these flying mammals. The walk will take us by a lake and through a pocket of woodland that is a remnant of the Great Northwood, which used to run from Deptford to Selhurst.
Please dress to be comfortable for the weather and time of day, we recommend sturdy footwear and bringing a torch. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
9.15pm – 10.30pm
Meeting South Norwood Lake grounds, at the park entrance off Woodvale Avenue.
The walk is part of the Natural Health Service programme.
