Wild in the City! host away days specially designed for freelancers to get the benefits of having a focused break away from your usual routine with other solo workers. We facilitate the group in reflecting, brainstorming, planning and bonding, balancing the time between having space to think about your business and get feedback from other professionals and having time to re-charge by enjoying nature based activities.
Relax, have fun, play, make new contacts for your network
The day is held in a nature reserve in a base camp setting. The group will learn new skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere with individual and group tasks which may include;
- shelter building
- carving
- nettle cordage
- nature walks
- basket weaving
- water purification
- flower printing
- meditation
- natural navigation
- animal track and sign
- nature and sensory awareness games
Who should attend
Anyone who works by themselves or in a small team, whether self employed, freelancer, remote worker or start up.
