Charcoal Making and Drawing Workshop, 17th June 2018

10.00am – 3.00pm

Spend a day in the woods relaxing and developing skills in our Charcoal Making and Drawing Workshop. This practical and creative session will combine bushcraft and art, and help you feel grounded and at home in nature.

This fantastic workshop will get your practical and creative juices flowing!

We will identify trees traditionally used to make artist-grade charcoal and harvest materials from the woods to make our own. After a simple lunch made over the fire, enjoy a drawing class using the charcoal you’ve made, led by a local artist.

Learn a new skill and go away feeling invigorated and inspired.

Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather and the activity, we recommend sturdy footwear.
