Rejuvenate after the festive period with a walk by water and in oak woodlands, following the Rivers Lea and Ching, taking in Sewardstone Marsh Nature Reserve, into Epping Forest ending at Woodford station.
This is a 10 mile walk which will take approximately 3.5 hours. (We suggest not making another appointment close to the end time as it is approximate)
We’ll stop at a cafe/pub at the end for refreshments.
We’ll meet at Enfield Lock and end at Woodford station.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Paths maybe muddy in places.
