Birdwatching, 27th Jan 2018

Want to take part in the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch but don’t have a garden? No problem!

Join us for an hour of birdwatching at our woodland basecamp in South Norwood, with campfire comforts and hot drinks.

We’ll be counting the birds in woodland at the back of South Norwood Lakes, to contribute to BGBW and as part of our series of bio-blitzes documenting the wildlife living in the woodland.

This is a free community event from 9.30am – 11.30am
Meet at the entrance to the park off Auckland Rd at junction with Cypress Rd, SE19 2DH.

What to bring:
-binoculars if you have them (we’ll have a few pairs to lend)
-warm clothing and sturdy footwear
-camping cup for hot drink if you have one (we’ll have some to lend)

The morning is part of the Natural Health Service programme
