Everyone is welcome! Come to get fit, have fun and make friends.  You can also be referred by your GP through a social prescription.

Into the Wild

Cooking potInto the Wild is a 4 week woodland based personal development programme for young people 16 – 25 years.

Immersed in a woodland setting young people learn how to feel at home in nature developing bushcraft and conservation skills, as well as having reflection time around the campfire.

Nature Connectors

Nature Connectors introduces people who are new to spending time in nature to the outdoors and learning about wildlife, providing inspiration to lead their own family, friends and communities in nature.

NetwalkingOur monthly Netwalks help local business people network in nature, making connections and supporting wellbeing.

Combining networking and walking, local professionals can get to know each other whilst enjoying the health benefits of being in nature and a light stroll around our beautiful local parks.

 


Corporate Volunteering

You will be helping us to make nature and wildlife more accessible to urban residents, supporting individuals and communities to improve their emotional, physical and social health.
