Winter Woodland Social 2017

£15.00

Come and celebrate with us around the fire at our winter woodland social and fundraiser.

We are holding a fun packed evening in the woods, try your hand at traditional crafts in time for Christmas and enjoy talks and demonstrations.  Leave armed with practical knowledge and something nice to hang from your tree!

The evenings talks will explore physical and psychological aspects of cold weather survival and navigating by the stars.

All welcome whether coming solo or as a group. The event is child friendly, however activities are aimed at those 8 yrs upwards.

As day turns to night our base camp will be lit with lanterns. Enjoy the enchantment of woodland on a winters eve, perfect for a family treat or work party;

  • Craft workshops
  • Simple meal cooked over the fire
  • Stargazing (subject to clear skies)
  • Meet and mingle around the fire

Wrap up warm, we’ll be in the woods all evening!
