Join us for an afternoon learning about edible plants growing in a beautiful South London park and semi ancient woodland which was once part of the Great Northwood.  Learn how to identify edible plants, their traditional uses as food and medicine and how to pick safely. The walk will include information about herbalism, wild nutrition and how our ancestors would have used these amazing plants.

The workshop is aimed at adults as part of the Natural Health Service programme.
